An edible garden will be planted on the campus of the St. Joseph Diner,

feeding the hungry of Acadiana since 1983. We will sponsor one raised bed

providing funds to purchase the timbers, soil, and plants for our bed to

be maintained by St. Joseph’s Shelter for Men. Members will assist in the

planting of the bed and teaching the men about gardening and how to grow

their own food. Harvested vegetables will be cooked and served by the staff.
